Project management for new construction, renovation and repairs
With over 35 years post graduate experience in various aspects of the construction industry, Ian Warren complements the technical expertise of the AAA Consultancy team with his systems knowledge including systems analysis and design.
Ian holds BSc (QS), PMP and has substantial practical experience internationally in applying accepted best practice in generic project management, community facilitation, procurement, estimating, project controls and financial management. Specialist procedures have been developed for leaky home project management.
Project management systems
Hands on planning and control systems are used to ensure that all projects, regardless of their size and complexity, achieve the required quality standards, have effective cost controls and are completed on time. Integral to this process is regular and effective communication and reporting throughout the course of the project in meet the interests and expectations of all stakeholders.
In order to achieve our goal of successful project delivery, we offer an end-to-end service, incorporating project management processes and methodology based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) in the USA which broadly comprise:
- Initial client liaison and briefing
- Project Initiation and scoping
- Project planning, risk identification, quality assurance and programming
- Project execution
- Control of the project and client reporting
